Death by DA discrimination

The Land Party condemn the racist and discriminatory agenda of the DA to deprive Black communities of basic services, particularly shack dwellers. The racist and discriminatory DA agenda has caused the electrocution of a minor in Zwelihle, Hermanus by illegal connections of electricity.

The Land Party Central Committee will be visiting the family, and will convene a meeting with the community of Marikana and Kwasa Kwasa. The party will also use the incident in its case against the Overstrand Municipality in the Western Cape High Court to put basic services in Marikana and Dubai.

The Land Party is also shocked by ANC and DA councillors making jokes about the death of a child in Kwasa Kwasa. It shows that both parties do not have the interests of the people at heart. The Land Party will fight for the people of Marikana and Dubai to get electricity and water, and for all the people of Zwelihle to live with dignity. The party will be contributing to the burial service to assist the family.

The Land Party sends its sincere condolences to the family and we want to reaffirm our position that the people of Marikana and Kwasa Kwasa must unite and vote against the ANC and the DA in the upcoming local government elections to end their sufferings. The Land Party is the only party that will put electricity in Dubai and Marikana legally, it is the only solution to end the sufferings of the community.
