Land Party legal team assist Peach House residents

Members of the Zwelihle community living in Peach House have approached the Land Party to assist them to have something done about the terrible damp that they have to live with which is a known health hazard.

Both the Overstrand Municipality and Abagold have been aware of the problem for years but have, to date, done nothing to address it.

Land Party has asked its legal team to intervene and obtain a court order for these two organisations to do something about the problem by moving the residents to a different location.
