LAND Party makes history on Sunday 8th November 2020

Tomorrow, Sunday 8th November 2020, at 3.30 pm, the LAND Party will be holding an election to elect the candidate who will stand for them in the Ward 12 By-Election on Wednesday 9th December 2020.

ALL voters registered to vote in Ward 12, whether they are members of the LAND Party or not, are invited to come and meet the LAND Party candidates and vote for who they would like to represent them.

LAND Party is the only political party that allows non-party members to have a say in who the candidates for local elections should be. This is the first time this will ever be happening in South Africa. Finally, the people, all people residing in an area, can have a direct say in who represents them rather than have politicians choose for them.

LAND Party is also the only party in South Africa that allows non-nationals to be members of the party. The LAND Party Election Team looks forward to all voters residing in Ward 12 coming to cast their votes.

ONLY WARD 12 RESIDENTS MAY VOTE Ward 12 is anyone registered to vote at the Zwelihle Primary School voting station. This includes: Sunbaai, Marikana, Masiphumelele, and Kwasa Kwasa West up to (and including) Hlola Street.
