The Land Party is aggrieved by the news of the passing of His Majesty, the Xhosa Royal Monarch: King Mpendulo Ah Zwelonke Sigcawu. The passing of His Highness, His Majesty Ah Zwelonke is a great loss, not only to the Xhosa nation, but to all the people of South Africa.
His Majesty was a beacon of hope and a man of peace. The Land Party grieves his death, because His Majesty died while he was still fighting for the LAND restitution of the nation of AmaXhosa.
His Majesty was a radical and politically astute. He died while He was busy working with the government of Zimbabwe to ensure that the Xhosa people in Zimbabwe are treated equally by the government of Zimbabwe, as we are aware that in Zimbabwe, His Majesty had His subjects.
He died fighting for the equal treatment of Royal houses in our country. His Majesty died while our Royal Monarchs have no recognition in our country, but are merely used as political pawns during election time.
The Land Party is asking President Ramaphosa and the governing party to honour His Majesty by exempting Kings and Queens from the current Judiciary System.
The Land Party challenges the governing party to change the Constitution and make provision for Royal Monarchs to be given immunity from the current Roman Dutch Law. The LAND Party emphasises that all Kings and Queens be exempted from prosecution and demands the release of His Majesty, Royal King Ah Buyelekhaya Dalindyebo, so that He can attend the funeral of King Ah Zwelonke Sigcawu as a free man.
This is a chance for the president of the country to prove to all South Africans, particularly the Royal Houses, that he is not a liar, as he had promised the nation of AbaThembu, His Majesty Ah Buyelekhaya's release. The release of Thembu King, His Majesty Buyelekhaya will be a positive gesture and will console the people of South Africa, particularly His subjects, the AmaXhosa people and the Thembu nation.
May His relatives, people and friends find our sympathy and our condolences. May the God of our ancestors grant Him a worthy welcome, and love in the hereafter.
Ah Zwelonk! Ah Zwelonke! Ah Zwelonke!
