The Land Party call on the governing party and on President Cyril Ramaphosa to take a stand and regain the confidence of the nation by prosecuting every single person involved in stealing from the poor.
The Land Party want to see the prosecution of ex-President Zuma, Ace Magashule and the many others who benefitted from looting the taxpayer's money no matter who they are or what political party they belong to.
The Land Party was the only party that promised to evaluate President Ramaphosa after 100 days of holding office. We are extremely disappointed with the president’s slow decision making.
South Africa has suffered terribly after 10 years of inept leadership by former President Zuma. The Land Party expected vigorous action from President Ramaphosa to remedy this as things need to be dealt with as a matter of urgency to prevent our beloved country from falling further down into the abyss of hopelessness.
The Land Party, during its election campaign, made it very clear that it doubted Ramaphosa would make any difference or bring any real change to South Africa or South Africans because he is on the wrong side of politics, the side of corruption, greed and deceit. The politics of the corrupt ruling elite.
The ANC is divided into two,
1. Those who are stealing from the poor and looting to bring down the country and
2. Those who collaborate with the big corporate businesses to keep the majority of South Africans in abject poverty.
The Land Party calls upon South Africans to stop their obsession with the factional politics of the governing party as it is the politics of greed and power to control the resources. They are concerned with their own enrichment and are not interested in serving the people, creating jobs or developing the country.
The Land Party calls on all South Africans to find unity in their diversity and to stand up against the bullying political elite who continues to plunder the country's resources, while the majority of people live in poverty. Now is the time for the people to stand up and say no to the looting of South Africa's wealth by a few while the majority of South Africans live in poverty, with poor health care, a poor education system and no jobs or work.
In 2020 Ramaphosa must prioritize :
1. Economic Growth
2. Land redistribution and developing of small scale farmers
3. Jailing corrupt political leaders
4. No taxes for small businesses
5. Improving the quality of education and the health care system
6. Place Eskom under business rescue. Take over their debt and enter into a public/private partnership. He must do the same with SAA and all other State Owned Enterprises
7. Re-establish trade schools to teach skills needed by industry as well as apprenticeships.
8. Pass legislation that will punish those who divide our nation along racial lines and ban all groups that promote hate, instigate civil war and supremacy of one group over the other.
The Land Party challenges President Ramaphosa to declare 2020 a people-centred year of action.
