The Land Party sent its condolences to the family of the late Zambian president, comrade Dr Kenneth David Kaunda. The LAND praises the late comrade Dr Kenneth David Kaunda for his multiracial approach to addressing African issues. The loss of the Zambian people and Kaunda's family is not their loss, it is the loss of the whole African continent and Her people.
The LAND believes the death of the former Zambian president, Kenneth David Kaunda, has exposed many political hypocrites who are hellbent to advocate Nazi-style discrimination with their hateful and racist politics. If there is something we can all learn from comrade Kenneth Kaunda it is how to love our fellow man, and how to deal with all people humanely.
It is very sad that political hypocrites and populists are now praising the late Zambian president, comrade Kaunda, while their actions do not reflect his values and morals at all. The Land Party took note of Kenneth David Kaunda's remarks about former president Frederick Willem De Klerk that, “This was a man that I can work with” when they met and discussed the release of the late national Icon, former president comrade Nelson Mandela.
The LAND Party wishes that all young people may learn more about leaders like the Zambian late former president, comrade Kenneth David Kaunda. The LAND believes that if many people can start learning about leaders like him, the world will be a better place, and many people, particularly the current leaders, will have a better approach of dealing with issues that face our continent.
The LAND is urging all South Africans and African people to use this time to celebrate the life of the late Zambian president, comrade Kenneth David Kaunda. His life is a very special history lesson as it teaches us the politics of love and peace. The LAND Party wants all our people to see how his death is exposing the political elites and their divisive politics of hate and populism. Look to Kenneth David Kaunda to set the standards of what you should expect from your leaders.
