Mrs Ngqakula must go!

The LAND Party calls for the Minister of Defence, Mrs Mapisa Ngqakula, to resign for misusing State resources for ANC political gains. If the minister of defense does not resign, the LAND Party asks the president to fire the minister.

Our defense standard has dropped since 1994 because its budget has been cut down by the ANC government. Military institutions are misused, Guptas are landing in Waterkloof, and now the military jet has been used for Party political activities by the ANC Secretary-General and his delegation.

The discussions between the ANC and ZANU PF have got nothing to do with dealing with Zimbabwe's political crisis and everything to do with two former liberation movements strengthening their ties. The LAND Party calls for the president of the country, President Ramaphosa, to show us that he is different from former president Jacob Zuma who destroyed our State institutions for Party politics and personal affairs.

The LAND Party further asks the government to send all those who are unemployed to go and serve in the military. The LAND Party also asks the government to increase the military budget so that South Africa can have an effective and fully operational defense force.
