No-one is above the law. Not even Zuma.

The LAND Party wants South Africa's justice system to act against those who are undermining the rule of law in South Africa, particularly the highest court in the land. The LAND Party also wants the law to take action against those who are inciting violence in the name of MKMVA.

The LAND Party will not choose the side of the corrupt political elites who are dining around the table drinking tea while the poor people in South Africa are suffering and neglected, but the party will choose the side of the poor destitute masses and the working class people.

The LAND Party believes that there should be no one above the law and want the ruling political elite not to interfere with the law and allow the law to deal with former president Zuma. The LAND Party believes that our justice system is treating former president Jacob Zuma with kid gloves.

The LAND Party wants to send a clear message to the MKMVA that, while they and their cronies will defend Zuma, the Land Party will be defending the oppressed and demand equality before the law.

The LAND Party will not stand idle and watch counter-revolutionaries who failed to transform the economic structure of South Africa and the current status quo to undermine the rights of South Africans and the rule of law.

The LAND Party asks all progressive forces in our country, and law-abiding citizens to join the LAND Party in defending our country from the corrupt political elites. Those who call for civil war in our country must be matched in the streets by those who put the interests of our people and the country above their altruism.

The LAND Party is of the view that if Zuma is let off the hook, then all those who are imprisoned for breaking the law in our country be released from prison, and all those charged for breaking the law, must also have their charges dropped. The LAND Party further suggests that if former President Zuma is not going to be arrested, then South Africa must be like Somalia, and be a country without the rule of law.

The LAND Party believes former President Zuma has a history of taking the law into his own hands. It was Zuma who used proxy forces to assault the members of parliament for his refusal to account as a then head of state. It was former president Zuma who used State institutions to protect him against his shenanigans. This cannot go on. The LAND Party wants to see equality before the law.
