Postponement granted by High Court

The High Court has postponed the case calling for the eviction of residents of Dubai on the controversial Schulphoek land in Zwelihle, Hermanus until further notice.

Negotiations around the sale of the land to the Western Cape Government are reaching closure so the judge did not feel it was necessary to proceed in the light of these negotiations.

Another victory for Land Party.
