The Land Party is disappointed by revelations that a certain political party has abused the rules of democratic association and canvassing by sending hooligans to disrupt a press conference which was held in Dunoon a few weeks back. The LAND Party intelligence team has managed to trace the troublemaking individual who disrupted the speech of the Chief Leader and further caused damage to an automobile belonging to a former councillor during the press conference.
The disappointing part is the fact that this individual is a member of SAPS who was also found to be on duty. In his confession he has indicated links to a political party directive that includes members of Parliament.
He claims in his defence that he is a depressed man and didn't take his medication that day. The matter is currently being handled with caution by law enforcement.
We applaud our fellow Land Party comrades for exercising tremendous discipline and restraint during these trying times. We understand and accept that the Land Party is a threat to other so called forces of the "left" whose modus operandi often includes political intolerance. We, however, remain focused on our mission to empower the people of South Africa by implementing a culture of socialism that keeps the leaders of the Land Party grounded and humble. We are driven by love for humanity, equality and prosperity for ALL the people in our country, including those political parties that are trying to discredit us.
Thank you!
