SAPS, Human Rights Commission, Afriforum, Gangsters, and White Right still rule in the Colony

The LAND Party calls on the South African Police Service to arrest the white supremacist male who was sent by Afriforum to disrupt the peaceful protest of the Economic Freedom Fighters. The LAND Party reiterates its position that the police in the Western Cape are in cahoots with the white supremacist groups in the Western Cape and it is for this reason that they cannot act against white supremacists and racist white males.

The LAND Party was the first political party to stand up against white supremacy and racism in South Africa and is now happy to see that other political parties, particularly black progressive formations like the Economic Freedom Fighters are starting to see what the LAND Party exposed in Hermanus in 2019 on September 27th, when they organised a peaceful protest against racism on the opening day of the world-renowned Whale Festival to bring attention to the racism that is systemic in South Africa.

LAND Party organised the march because of the persistent racism in Hermanus which was rated the most unequal town in South Africa in 2016. Service delivery is racist, labour practices are racist, school admission systems are racist, town planning is racist, and there are hoards of white Afrikaaners who all have retirement homes in Hermanus who think they are still living in 1963 and can treat and say what the like to non-white people who are racist.

LAND Party is in possession of reams of written and recorded evidence of local citizens being blatantly racist. We wanted to highlight this issue at the only event in Hermanus that garners global attention in the hope that it could create awareness amongst those who are so indoctrinated and catalyse the much-needed change in the town’s social fabric. This kind of behaviour is bad for the future and development of the town.

The LAND Party is aware of the modus operandi of the White supremacist groups to try to cause chaos and protest without permission to counter the left revolutionary parties’ peaceful protests. This kind of interruption was been experienced by the LAND Party, when Afriforum bought fake Xhoisan people, and gangsters to disrupt the peaceful March on the 27th of September 2019. These chubby white bully boys even went so far as to create and print replicas of the posters for the march with CANCELLED printed over them original and sent out messages via WhatsApp.

The POPS commander in chief stopped the march from going into the town after they decided that these local white supremacists, security companies, and gangsters were too skittish and were too likely to cause trouble and threaten the safety of citizens. Ironically, the commander invoked the only clause that can legally stop a march going ahead from the Gatherings Act which has not been changed since 1994. LAND Party respected the rule of law and avoided what happened in Brackenfell today because it knows that there are SAPS members eagerly waiting to shoot teargas and rubber bullets.

The LAND Party is also concerned about the Human Rights commissioner's involvement in the protest today as the LAND Party has first-hand information that Chris Nissen is receiving bribes from the right-wing groups and white racists to influence the police and for him to be biased against the progressive left political formations. The LAND Party, therefore calls on the Human Rights Commission to remove Chris Nissen. He is also known to attend to volatile protests drunk so cannot be expected to take sober decisions.

The LAND Party called all Black formations in the Western Cape to come together and confront the scourge of racism in the province last year already. The LAND Party is adamant that we won't win the fight against white supremacy and racism if we continue working in silos. This is the perfect time for us the native people, the marginalized, and the oppressed to put aside our personal egos and differences and fight our common enemy. The enemy is united to fight us and finish us. We cannot let this happen.
