Say NO to Taxi Violence

The Land Party condemns the taxi violence in the Western Cape under the leadership of the Democratic Alliance provincial government and the failure of the ANC national government to intervene. The Land Party strongly believes that strong intervention is needed to end the scourge of taxi violence in the Western Cape even if it means the abolishment of this violent industry.

The Land Party firmly believes that the taxi industry is not helping to build a stronger economy as it is destructive by nature and appears to be designed to depopulate the African people, particularly the Black African masses. The Land Party is fully aware that the DA and the ANC government are dealing with the taxi industry with kid gloves as both parties are using the taxi industry to "deal with" communities who protest for better service delivery.

The taxi industry is now used by the two political parties as para militias to stifle the rights of the communities to protest. It is also used by both parties to organize hitmen to kill political rivals in other political parties and even in their own. The Land Party wants nothing but tough action against the perpetrators of this violence against innocent people. The silence by both political parties on this war exposes their hatred toward the Black communities and the fact that under their government Black Lives Do Not Matter.

The Land Party is asking for the Western Cape government to start introducing modern rail transportation like the Gautrain in all communities. The Land Party asks the Western Cape government to start implementing modern transportation systems to curb the taxi violence. Investing in bullet trains will boost the economy and create more investment opportunities for investors. The Land Party believes that it is time for South Africans to adapt and move with the times if our country is to truly be a global economic leader. The ongoing taxi violence is giving us opportunities to evolve with times and start transforming our society and preparing for the fifth industrial revolution.
