LAND Party asks the Western Cape government to stop arresting and evicting people who are landless and have to resort to taking the Land on their own due to non-delivery by the provincial government.

The LAND Party asks the government to establish a government of the Western Cape that strives towards unity in the province and not division and asks that Doctor Allen Boesak be deployed to lead the province until the next general elections.

The racist DA has failed the people of the Western Cape. The DA is allowing gangsters to control our communities, it is giving tenders to those who are terrorizing our communities.

The LAND Party has evidence that the DA is sponsoring the killings in our communities and the LAND has raised this concern to the DA government but are yet to receive a response. For this reason, we bring it to the attention of the media that the DA government in the Western Cape is funding the killings of community leaders in the Western Cape.

The LAND Party asks the national government to quickly intervene before it's too late and the Western Cape turns to chaos and civil war erupts.

The coloured and black communities are hubs of criminal activities sponsored by the racist DA government and this must come to end. The LAND Party further challenges the DA to open roads, give serviced plots, and electricity to the people of Dubai and Marikana informal settlements in Hermanus so that black people can also enjoy the benefits of the ‘champagne’ sea air. It is incorrect that at this day in age black people, in particular, are not allowed to stay next to the ocean.
