The LAND Party supports NEHAWU's genuine call for mass action against the department of health and the government over insufficient Personal Protective Equipment.

This has been a long-standing complaint both from Public and Private Healthcare facilities. The LAND Party had to intervene at Hermanus Mediclinic because of the lack of PPE equipment right at the beginning of lockdown.

The LAND Party asks all its members to join the NEHAWU workers on the picket lines.
