The Western Cape judiciary is captured by white supremacists

The Land Party calls on the Chief Justice of South Africa, Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng, to suspend the Deputy Judge President of the Cape High Court, Judge Patricia Goliath.

Land Party will also launch a formal complaint to the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) against Judge Patricia Goliath for labelling Black people's, particularly those of African origins, as “kaffirs”.

The Land Party has been observing the racism in the Western Cape judiciary system, including the behaviour of the Cape High Court judges, who are issuing racist judgments against black people. In the same court, a white judge made a racist statement that black men are rapists.

Last month a judge from the Cape High Court granted an interdict favouring, white racist businesses in Hermanus, statistically the most segregated town in South Africa, to prevent the most oppressed and neglected black community of Zwelihle from entering the town to present their grievances to these businesses, as well as from taking their grievances to the Overstrand Municipality. These are the same racist businesses that choose to employ foreigners over black South Africans. It is also the Cape High Court judges that granted an order to stop a march against racism that had been planned by the Land Party in Hermanus.

We stand behind Judge President Hlophe and Judge Gayaat Salie-Hlophe. All accusations put forward by the racist faction of white racist judges of the Cape Bar against Judge Hlophe and Judge Gayaat Salie-Hlophe are nothing but white supremacist strategies to capture the Cape High Court. The accusations against Judge President of the Cape High Court are nothing but a political campaign by racist white conservatives and the pseudo white racist liberal agenda to capture the Cape High Court. This is done deliberately because the Western Cape is captured by white supremacists politically and economically. They are now wanting to consolidate their power by indirectly appointing judges that will serve white supremacist agenda.

Land Party is aware that black judges in the Cape High Court are unable to do their work independently and it is Judge President Hlophe and Judge Gayaat Salie-Hlophe who are the only stumbling blocks facing this white supremacist agenda. It is for this reason that they are being treated as savages and are subject to spurious racist attacks from the racists like Patricia Goliath. Land Party will stage protests outside the Cape High Court in support of Judge President Hlophe and Judge Gayaat Salie-Hlophe. We will also stage protests to call for serious action to be taken against Patricia Goliath.

Land Party is aware that white racist judges are taking bribes in the form of gifts from racists white businesses. Western Cape judges are captured and are in the pockets of white supremacists.
